Bureau Veritas Certification has renewed Arianespace’s ISO 9001:2008 certification for the next three years, based on an ISO 9001 renewal audit.

For the fourth time in a row, the quality of Arianespace’s processes and the company’s all-out commitment to continuous improvement were formally recognized by the ISO 9001:2008 certification audit carried out this year by Bureau Veritas Certification, the official accreditation organization.

Everybody at Arianespace has made a full-fledged commitment to the continuous improvement initiative launched by the company a dozen years ago. This initiative aims to enhance the company’s operations, detect any areas that need improvement and set up the requisite corrective actions.

Arianespace’s continuous improvement initiative is supported by the Executive Committee and coordinated by the Quality department. It underpins the company’s customer-oriented approach and ongoing improvements in the quality of service delivered to customers.
